It works with the fascia and collagen to improve mobility and comfort in the surrounding area.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This approach is effective for all types of scars \u2014 from injuries or surgeries, including C-sections, episiotomies, perineal tears, and abdominal procedures.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">MSTR\u00ae can also support emotional release and help ease disconnection or trauma held in the body.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each session involves light movements along the scar, with three short rounds per session. Typically, three sessions are recommended, spaced about a week apart.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This work is subtle, but the results can be deeply felt\u2014both physically and
