As a registered midwife in Portugal, I offer warm, experienced care tailored to your needs. Prenatal checkups include monitoring wellbeing, answering questions, and preparing for birth. After birth, postnatal visits support both mother and baby—with feeding support, baby checks, recovery care, and emotional space for reflection.

This also includes personalised guidance for babies with reflux, colic, or feeding struggles, and support grounded in physiologic baby care—respecting your baby’s natural development, sleep, digestion, bonding, and regulation.
