Scar Therapy and MSTR Tissue Release

MSTR (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release) is a gentle, non-invasive technique that softens scar tissue, improves circulation and releases restriction. It works with the fascia and collagen to improve mobility and comfort in the surrounding area.

This approach is effective for all types of scars — from injuries or surgeries, including C-sections, episiotomies, perineal tears, and abdominal procedures.

MSTR® can also support emotional release and help ease disconnection or trauma held in the body.

Each session involves light movements along the scar, with three short rounds per session. Typically, three sessions are recommended, spaced about a week apart.

This work is subtle, but the results can be deeply felt—both physically and emotionally.
